How many solutions does your company provide?
Our company offers five complete smart home solutions:

Does the company offer site visits?
Yes, we conduct at least one survey before installation and device configuration. After site readiness, 3 to 4 follow-up visits are scheduled. Our skilled technical team provides detailed guidance on pre-installation requirements, which may require the presence of the site electrician, carpenter, or other labor. Remote collaboration is also supported.
How long does installation and configuration take?
For a 1-kanal house, installation and configuration typically take 4 to 5 days.
How many families can be added to the Smartinn app?
Up to 20 families can be added.
How many rooms can be added in the Smartinn app?
The number of rooms is unlimited.
Smart Locks
What power source do smart locks require?
Smart locks are battery-powered.
What types of doors are compatible with the locks?
Compatible only with wooden doors.
How long does it take to install a smart lock?
Initial door cutting is done early, the lock is installed during the finishing stage.
Can locks be installed on existing doors?
Yes, they are compatible with standard doors.
What happens if the battery dies?
Manual key or external data cable power can be used to unlock.
Do the locks work offline?
Yes, except Wi-Fi models like i5. They function via password, fingerprint, or IC card.
What connectivity options are available?
Bluetooth is standard; Wi-Fi is available on select models (e.g., i5).
How many users can access a lock?
20–25 users can be granted access.
Can I monitor lock activity?
Yes, through app notifications.
Do locks support temporary access?
Yes, via one-time passwords.
Can the lock integrate with smart home systems?
Yes, with Alexa, Google Home, etc.
What encryption is used?
AES(Advanced-Encryption Standard) with AWS-based cloud storage.
Are there emergency access options?
Yes, including manual keys and NFC(Near-Field Communication) cards.
What is the average lifespan of a lock?
Approximately 25 years.
What materials are the locks made of?
Zinc alloy and aluminum alloy.
Is a warranty included?
Yes, a 1-year warranty is provided.

Difference between Gatekeeper and Apartment Unit?
- Apartment Unit: Designed for multiple floors/rooms, used in commercial buildings.
- Gatekeeper Unit: Designed for homes, supports multiple indoor units.
How is wiring done?
One Cat6 wire from the IT rack to indoor and one to the outdoor unit. A PoE switch is installed in the IT rack.

Wired.
How many units canbe connected?
Multiple indoor units can be connected to one outdoor unit.
Can I talk to visitors on my phone?
Yes, including unlocking the gate.
Do I receivenotifications when away from home?
Yes, via internet connection.
Are multiple users supported?
Yes, via the Smartinn app.
How is the system powered?
PoE or power adapter.
