Smartinn Delivery & Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smartinnglobal.com. Smartinn aims to offer you the best delivery and shipping options. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our delivery and shipping policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 20-25 business days for UAE local deliveries.
Please note: We are unable to cancel or change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the package has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify the address. We cannot retrieve the parcel once it has been forwarded to the courier company.
2. Delivery Proof
All deliveries will require a delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer upon receipt of goods. This serves as proof of successful delivery.

Note: We offer free delivery promotions from time to time within the UAE. International delivery charges will always be shown at checkout depending on the country and location.
4. Shipment Carriers
We use reliable courier services to ensure your items are delivered in good condition and on time. We will choose the carrier that provides the most efficient service for your location based on warehouse, region, and address. Requests for specific carriers are not accepted.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If your tracking has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact us at letstalk@smartinn.ae.
You can check your order status on the Order Track page using your order number, email, or tracking number.
6. Other Shipping Support
Order Processing for Multiple Products
We try to ensure all items arrive together. However, products may ship separately depending on the shipping options required. You will receive shipment notifications for each item.
Received a Different Product
Please contact our customer support at letstalk@smartinn.ae. Our team will assist in replacing the correct product.
Received Your Order Damaged
Contact us within 7 business days at letstalk@smartinn.ae. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier, but we will help contact the responsible party. Please save all packaging and damaged goods for any claims.
Important Notes
- If a wrong address is provided by the customer and the package is lost or unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Smartinn will not replace the order or issue a refund.
- Smartinn reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates. If you do not accept the changes, please discontinue use of our services.
