Smartinn Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at letstalk@smartinn.ae. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Within 7 days of receiving the item, if you are not pleased with the product, contact our Support Center for a refund. You will need to provide:
- Order number & order platform
- Reason for return
- Clear photo proof of all items and original packaging in good condition
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact letstalk@smartinn.ae.
Note: Refund requests for the 7-day money back guarantee expire 7 days after opening a warranty claim. For purchases not made on the Smartinn Global website or our official stores on Amazon, please contact the respective retailers for refunds.
3. Damages and Exchanges
Damages and issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges: Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds for cancelled orders will be made to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipping. If the cancellation request is made after the processing stage, the order must be returned following our standard return policy.
